I was very excited after reading all the glowing reviews and have sadly had a very different experience with not-at-all-amazing blind repair. They (Jose or Angel) arrived at least 2 hours late for each of the 4 times it took to get one blind repaired and completely forgot one appointment time (which I left work early to be home for). Jose did apologize and gave me a discount on the service (which was ultimately done well by Angel), but save yourself the hassle and use a different team who values professionalism, timeliness, ... read more
Jose has that old-fashioned "treat your customer like gold" attitude. He realized that the blind he was called to fix needed to be replaced and told me, instead of charging me for the visit, he'd buy the new bling and install it...all for the same price he had quoted me just to fix the old one! Super great guy.
Great to work with! Answered the phone and was out to my house to repair my blinds the next day. I would highly recommend this company! Jose the owner is awesome to work with!
I had 3 good quality wooden blinds that broke. The rotating handle to open and close the slats stopped working. I called one blind repair shop and they told me the total was $450 to repair them. I called Jose at Amazing Blind Repair and he came to my house within one hour and fixed them all for $100 total! I usually don't write reviews, but since Jose saved me quite a bit of money and time, this is the least I could do. I definitely recommend Jose. Great customer service and low price.
Fantastic service. Jose came to our house, took the broken blinds to his workshop, repaired them, and then returned them a couple days later. Fair price, great guy, highly recommend him.
