Jason of Amazing Appraisals was recommended by a realtor. I am managing everything from a distance and Jason made it easy. Of the three appraisers I contacted, Jason was the only one who followed up (without pestereing me) to see if I was still interested. He scheduled the site visit promptly and had the appraisal back to me in a day! His communications are promopt and clear. The appraisal is complete and well done. The comps appear to be highly relevant and recent. I would highly recommend him.
