Did a great job. Everything was done in a timely manner.
The “owner” Roy is flat out rude and does not care about customer service! They OVERCHARGE BY HUNDREDS!! I have requested an itemized invoice for the work he preformed and he would not provide it saying that his software does not price by itemized value. He had to add another transformer to the system since the Uv light was shutting the new unit off, so this is why we wanted a itemized invoice to record the equipment and parts that he installed I do NOT RECOMMEND BY ANY MEANS!

Amazing Air Solutions was fantastic! Prompt, courteous and professional service. Took care of the birds nest in my dryer vent and ensured everything was flowing freely. Highly recommend and ******is excellent!
Professional and thoroughly ran a diagnostic on my unit. Then explained everything so I could understand and showed us photos of all the issues.
Arrived 2 hours before scheduled appointment, which was perfect. Roy and John were professional and explained the problem and took care of it immediately. Amazing Air came in 2017 to save us from sweltering heat. I did not hesitate to call them again. Today, I went ahead and purchased annual maintenance plan as well.

The “manager” Roy is flat out rude and does not care about customer service! They OVERCHARGE BY HUNDREDS!! They supposedly fixed our leak in the ceiling and left with our money ONLY FOR IT TO CONTINUE LEAKING! VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP! I called them back and they REFUSED to service us! I’ve never in my life dealt with such a lying, scheming, manipulative manager and company! We lost over $900 from them and they say we have not paid them! I do NOT RECOMMEND BY ANY MEANS!

On June 8th your husband called and requested specifically for replacement of the drain pan and a duct. It was not for evaluation or diagnosis of your system. Per your husband a different company had gone previously before us and done that. For whatever reason company was not responding or wanting to take care of your issue, so you called us. We had our regular maintenance today and our service was provided by Julian and Josh. Amazing Air Solution could not have sent out two of their nicest and finest professionals to service us. Julian was so personable came if with mask, shoe covers and ready to work. He worked as a leader and had patience in showing Josh the ropes. I highly recommend this company and these professionals to do the job.
