The cleaning service was not what I expected and poorly done. Normally with air duct cleaning you think of large, industrial sized machinery cleaning your duct systems. No, they used a vacuum cleaner sized machine with a garden hose sized hose to "clean" our air ducts. I watched the technician and he barely stuck the hose into the air vent, and just cleaned what he could see. I could have done that!
