We were helped right away when we arrived at the tire shop. The service was excellent. The repair was fast and efficient!
Called for specific tire and the person who answered the call seemed like the owner. I mentioned the tire I was looking for and he told me he had it and when I arrived there he told me he didn't had it. Telling me I didn't mentioned the brand of tire I needed. Wasted my time, making me drive there for nothing. He was giving me attitude and started arguing when I asked him why say you have the tire and to make me drive there for nothing. Bad customer service, doesn't have respect for his customers. Go somewhere else.
