Wonderful dining and ambiance! First time to Santa Fe, and the Amaya restaurant at the Hacienda is lovely. Pure relaxation. The salads were divine, with farm fresh ingredients. My butternut squash soup was delicious! My husband had the elk, which was tasty and exciting local cuisine. Dusty, the manager, was an excellent host and our server was lovely as well!

Food was pricey but well presented and delicious. Service was outstanding as was guitar and flute music.
