Raul and Amaxima realty have been the best landlords I have ever had (and I’ve rented from MANY places in 5 states!) He always responds when needed, anything that needed fixed was fixed right away, and he’s so sweet!! I moved from Florida to Las Vegas last year, and he even helped me bring in some heavy boxes out of my car! It was a hard decision to move out of the rental I had, and if I’m ever in need of a rental again, he will be my first call!!
They were really good management when I rented from them. Took care of things that were broken or needed to be fixed in a timely matter and responds quickly. Took good care of me and my family!

Just a completely unreliable company that values dollars over people. A company that does not respond in a timely manner, if ever. Broken lights and faulty switches that we had to repair ourselves because they wouldn't send someone out to fix it. They also charge way more than what the value of the house is to rent. They seem like really nice people who are just in one their head.
Raul is AMAZING. He is great at communicating and does everything he can to make sure we’re happy as tenants. He went out of his way to work with our schedule prior to moving in to review everything, and ensured we had everything we needed upon arrival to Las Vegas and our home. I am so happy with this company and highly recommend working with them.
