AVOID AMATUS HOME HEALTH. TERRIBLE does not describe the Service I received from Amatus. The sales guy Chris "sold" the relationship with my surgeon as a PARTNERSHIP. After using them once, I fired Amatus and my surgeon confirmed their is NO direct or indirect business relationship between his office and AMATUS. Chris oversold what he (personally) and Amatus could/ would do for me. I should have sent them packing on Day One. Cedric showed up to onboard me. I have the wonderful pleasure of working with this company and Emalee White had always supported myself and family Members at all hours of the day and week. This company is very caring and great at giving support during hard times when families need support in healing and rehabilitation.
Amatus is the best nurseing home health care company ever! Great nurses and customer service too! I am very pleased. In particular I had Ashley, Arlene and Sherry as wonderful nurses and Dominic at the office who where exceptional women who were always so kind and helpful to me, which I appreciated ememencly!
This company has no integrity as they go to Baylor hospitals, solicit patients known to other agencies (a major ethics violation), defame those agencies and tell the patients that they must switch to them
