Amazing customer service!! I had no clue about parts for my faucet and the girl at the customer counter helped me finding everything that I needed. Very helpful and patient!
I bought a smart toilet with them that had scratched lid on arrival. They agreed to replace but never followed through despite 3 attempts to follow up from me. Disappointing.

Anthony was very courteous and polite on the phone and was extremely helpful in figuring out exactly what parts we needed and answered all of our questions and on how to install them.
