Terrible service,They did not give me part of my purchase Part of our bathtub order was handed to our contractor without our permission — we never told the store that our contractor would pick up any items, and we purchased the bathtub without our contractor even being present. A witness confirmed to the store that we never received these items, but they still refuse to resolve the issue. This will be reported to Consumer Protection Ontario.
Wonderful store, large selection. Very hospitable and knowledgeable. They found a part I needed that was older and were so generous (they gave it for free). They care for their customers! Check out the store!
I went there for kitchen faucet parts and received great service at a good price. The staff were very friendly, and the gentleman who helped me was highly knowledgeable. He knew exactly what parts I needed just by seeing the faucet parts I was holding in line.
