Anthony, General Manager, has been exceptionally supportive as well as his staff in helping me find new cartridges for my 24 year old KW kitchen faucets. They helped find the right cartridges for these old but excellent taps
Amazing customer service. Anthony was wonderful
The product’s quality doesn’t matches the price. And the service is terrible, they hang up my call while I’m not finish talking. I will never come back to this company.
