The gentleman was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed which I was sure waa going to be a part they would have to order. It was a Zucchetti valve mixer which they had in stock. Great looking store. Thank you Keith R.
Outstanding service, great prices and super nice people . My tile installer made a mistake when he drilled the home for a shower holder, so I went back to the store to find an alternative fixture . They were super nice, suggested a better fix , and even gave me the part for free . Thank you !
I went there to get some information for my upcoming renovation and I went through the showroom with Farinaz. She was really helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom was amazing too.
I don’t recommend this place-my plumber went there to get a cartridge for my kitchen faucet and they sold him a cartridge for $90. It turns out this cartridge wasn’t quite the right one and as a result it broke during installation. We found the right faucet on Amazon for $18 (almost exactly the same thing as what my plumber had bought). What’s worse is that my plumber thinks that Amati gets these cartridges for free from the supplier of the faucets (for the ones that are under warranty).
