Came in looking for a hard to find cartridge, knowledgeable and very helpful staff, was able to explain everything to us and help us find the correct parts.
One of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The salesperson-Tina who appeared completely uninterested in helping customers. When asked if a product was in stock, her answer was simply, “I don’t know.” She claimed he needed to check the back but never bothered to do so. When I asked how long it would take, she replied, “Maybe a few minutes, maybe an hour or two.” Imagine hearing that from someone whose job is literally to assist customers.
