I would not recommend working with Amati Canada on your next purchase of plumbing products. After having completed an online purchase based on information posted on their site, they didn't want to take accountability for the mistake and didn't offer an alternative or compensation. In addition, I incurred extra costs given the item was delivered later than promised and plumbers had to come back to install. Do not take a change, go elsewhere.
Warning to Potential Customers – Missing Items & Pending Complaint I purchased a bathtub from Amati Canada, but essential components (motor, electrical,etc.) were provided without my authorization to my renovation contractor and were never delivered to me.
