Great customer service
Called ahead to view car, they said it would be ready to view when I got there. 45 minutes later I arrive and the car looks like it has been lived in, scratches that were not on the listing photos were all on the car, and the engine bay looked a bit rusty. I couldn’t even test drive it because the owner had the keys with him and was out on his lunch break. I waited 40 minutes for him to bring the keys before leaving. Just a super disappointing experience
Did not get car there. One man understaffed. Never got to try one out was given keys and had to find one car on my own showed one to me. Three customers at once.no help. They need more dealers help people.

Excellent customer service and follow up. I just haven’t take any decision yet.
The 2008 Nissan was no longer available but I did purchase a 2010 Honda CR-V. Jordan Adamses was the sales person I worked he. He was very helpful . Don , the head of Service Dept was also very helpful in answering my questions . I highly recommend Amati to purchase a car. Ask for Jordan Adamses.

made appointment to look at the truck waited a half hour said it would be back then was told another half hour couldn't keep waiting. was told later in the day the truck was back and i could come back to look at it. only problem is i live 1.5 hours away and was also told bosses family was driving it for the week. total joke!
