Small dealerships always have the funniest characters. One salesman from Amati told me I would save big on the car I called about because it was in an accident and it's a steal because the car was fixed so now it is in better condition than before the accident. SMH
Fast follow up and good communicator.
A sales person did get back to me, but there was no past maintenance records for vehicle, told them I was no longer interested. He told me 'Im sure the truck was properly maintained"...... Really?
Although the car I was interested was sold when I called, the dealer called responded and was very pleasant.
Very smooth and efficient transaction. Readily agreed to have my regular mechanic assess vehicle. Two correctable problems were found, and price adjusted accordingly. Customer service was attentive and cooperative, not a bit pushy. I would recommend this dealer and would visit them again myself.

I just spent several hundred dollars fixing the things on this car I bought from Amati 2 weeks ago. Amati could care less about me after they got paid. It took them over a week to get me the paper work so I could register the car. When I test drove it there were a few things not working on the car. I pointed that out to the salesman and he replied, "no problem we will take care of it". They did not do a thing ...
