Horrible customer service from Stephanie (the OWNER)…do not recommend!!
Stephanie is unprofessional and ungrateful for her clients. She lacks a standard consult process. Has told me she wouldn’t lighten my hair bc it was 4pm despite me FLYING to her in NYC. She offered and booked me as a color client at that time! She has also chose horrible color extensions that looked nothing like the inspiration photos. Didn’t install them and still charged me $800.
