I ordered all of my flowers from Amaryllis, for my July, 2012, wedding, and was very pleased. Amy, the owner, was very professional and was more than willing to answer my questions. We actually met a couple of times before the wedding, to go over each flower arrangement, and I was comforted that my flowers would turn out exactly how I pictured. I was in town for a funeral and ordered an arrangement for the visitation/funeral from my extended family. The flowers were not delivered, I was charged for them, the place has no answering service/machine and they haven't responded to my email. I was told that they do beautiful work, I spoke with their floral designer and they did not deliver, literally. Moreover, they have not apologized or credited my account reached out at all.
