Amarillo Strength and Conditioning is the perfect place for one on one and group training! Yvonne does a fantastic job with a personalized plan from workouts to your well being! Clean, Private, Great environment!
The gym has a great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and supportive of each other. I love the flexibility of being able to anytime. Also, you won’t find a better personal trainer. Yvonne is the best!
What can I say, this place changed my life 12 years ago and I’m proudly still a member. Great community and great old school barbell club gym.
Great atmosphere ! I have been enjoying the strength and muscle building group personal training sessions. If you’re looking to get stronger and learn the techniques to lifting this GYM is your go to.
I love the smaller gym experience where you have a community of people who are always encouraging no matter where you are on your health journey. Yvonne is an amazing trainer and nutrition coach!!!
