Dr. Schwartzenberg and her nurse practitioners are the best, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Having said that, their phone service is awful. Before they moved offices, it would ring a couple of times, tell you they're busy, and then hang up without letting you leave a message. Now that they've moved offices, they leave you on hold for 20+ minutes. You can't even go into the portal to reschedule an appointment because the portal tries to tell you that you don't have an appointment. It's a joke and it's beyond frustrating.
Dr Schwartzenberg is absolutely wonderful! She is very personable, kind and caring. Her staff is Amazing! I was diagnosed almost three years ago when I was in stage 4 kidney failure. Dr Schwartzenberg along with my kidney Dr. Saved my life! I cant say enough about this office! Highly recommend
My prior Rheumatologist retired and Dr. Ghetie absorbed his patients. I'm a creature of habit, so I was bit apprehensive about seeing a new Dr. From the initial introduction to now, Dr. Ghetie has been wonderful! She is compassionate, professional, and very thorough. She actually addressed some medical issues I've had for yrs, and has referred me to a geneticist for further assessment. Dr. Ghetie's NP-C Gina is also terrific! I know I'm in good hands w them as my medical team.
