I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, and the medical assistant was equally unhelpful. Instead of feeling cared for as a patient, I felt like I was an inconvenience. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, yet I was told that the doctor doesn’t even start seeing patients until 10:00 AM. If that’s the case, why schedule patients at 9:00? My time is valuable too. This Office needs to communicate with their patients better. Oh and don't show up in the afternoon because the nurses are more concerned with their after work plans and will tell you with snide remarks that you are ruining their evening. They change office policies at their whim and if you show up to get your shot and you don't jump through hoops, you're sent packing.

So thorough....however, no option other than shots. All employees were kind and helpful and that was a plus

Dr Sarah Biggs is an excellent doctor in my opinion. How the clinic is ran in general however..... I have a whole entire story. I was contemplating a move. I informed them of an extended stay out of state, and was informed that yes they could indeed continue care and ordering of a biologic. I asked to verify this was true, we were on the phone, not messages. If it was NOT, I had a specialist that would order my biologic med for me. This med helps me stay out of wheelchairs... so i made it clear on the phone I needed to know ... read more
