When they were cutting concrete they did not cover the door and I asked them to and gave them the plastic to put up and they did but never closed it up it got concrete dust all through out my house because of intake duct work by door and then they did not lay tarps down I. We redid our primary bathroom and used Amarillo Marble for our counter top and shower. We live 5 hours away, but our in-laws live in the Panhandle, so we were transporting the material. None of the material was damaged on transport, but because of this, we had to trust that Amarillo Marble did a good job looking at the finished product (which we feel they did not). If it were an option I would rate them 10+ . Several years ago we were burned by a remodeling company that took our money and filed bankruptcy. This hurt and we said we would never trust another company. But we finally decided to check Amarillo Marble. Randi greeted me with a smile and described their products.
