Long story short - Dr. Soya fired my dad as a patient and lied to me over the phone. My father has been seeing Dr. Soya for several years and has always done what he told him to do. He had confidence in Dr. Soya and felt like he would listen to him as a patient and explain things well. Dr. Soya is awesome!! He is caring, explains things, knew me outside his office setting. When I spoke to him about my mother, he got had an appointment set up.

We were told Dr. Hernandez could not see my wife at her first appointment because of politics. She was seen by Dr. Soya 5 years ago therfore she would have to start as a new patient. Dr. Soya's office did not return our phone calls, so she decided to see a new Dr. So hurting another doctor's feelings is more important than my wife's heart problems.

After many happy years of being a patient of Dr. Soya’s, I needed for the Dr. to sign off on a surgical release for scheduled hip replacement on May20,2024. I delivered that form to his office the day I got it approx. 2 weeks before surgery. I called his office the Friday before my surgery on Mon. and was horrified to hear from his painfully arrogant nurse that the Dr. had been unable to sign off on that form letter before he left town.
