This clinic has been such a life saver to me. I am so thankful for specialized headache care. My migraines and quality of life are so much better since coming to April. Appointments, prescriptions, changes, and any other issues are all taken care of quickly and easily, making treatment that much more helpful.
They refused me service because I am a qualified Medicare beneficiary I will be reporting it to Medicare. This place is pointless anyways
April and Desiree are a great team and I’m so glad they’re part of mine! They have always listened to my concerns with patience and compassion. When insurance is being particularly sucky they always are there to help me sort it out. Anyone on a migraine journey knows that you have to have someone tenacious in your corner regarding things like preauthorizations and that stuff. We are so lucky to have a headache specialist in Amarillo and I can’t recommended April and her team enough.
Been waiting 20 plus minutes to get through for my wife who is now in dire need of assistance!!! Don’t think that is good practice whatsoever!!
I will forever be grateful for April and her team. They honestly know what they are doing when it comes to migraines and headaches. They listen and better yet they understand and talk in a language anyone can understand. Love the ladies at the clinic. Always friendly always sweet. Always understanding
