Absolute nightmare! We are working with the owner of this company for a group trip of nearly 50 people people in April of this year. When we originally chose the resort for our group we were told the rooms had 2 queen beds. We proceeded with the booking, purchased our airfare and recently made full payment at the end of February. We have found out that the rooms do not have queen beds and since then have been trying to get confirmation of a proper room for our family. We had a planned vacation for Hawaii ....we bought the insurance just in case. We took off on our first flight. We got a phone call when we landed in Dallas , that my sis in law was in the Hospital and was not going to make it.Sadly she passed the next day. We spend $600 for the flight home, only getting back $400. We did get reimbursed for hotel and activities,but we were not able to get our approx $2000 on flights because we took our first flight out to Dallas.
