While Ric was very accommodating to sell me a vehicle, his follow through was not. I purchased a vehicle at a fair price at the beginning of October. I paid cash. He deposited my TTL check the same day, but I had the hardest time getting a response to pick up my title. 2 months, 22 days later, after threatening legal action, he finally had my title. Horrible experience, arrangements were made 2 months in advance to pick up a 26 foot moving truck @ 8:30am. The pick up time for the truck was moved to 11 w no notice and then the truck was not there and they had no idea when it would be available. we were told to call a 1-800 if we we not satisfied. I had to give it 1 star to post. It doesn't deserve even 1 star
I can count on Ric to take good care of me.
