If I could, I would give 0 stars. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered—what I received appeared dried out, poorly arranged, and the colors were garish and frankly quite tacky compared to the elegant bouquet advertised. For a “luxury” bouquet at this price point, the quality was completely unacceptable. Ana did such an amazing job with the flowers we gave to my manager. We specifically wanted these flowers to be cat friendly as she usually does not typically have flowers primarily because of her cats. She thought they were so beautiful. Ana was very responsive and also ensured I would get the flowers I wanted. Well done, Ana! Highly recommend.
