I would HIGHLY recommend this salon! I have never had my hair colored before and decided to give it a try with a balayage look by Elle. I can't compliment her enough! She was so patient with me and really took the time to ensure i loved the coloring. The balayage came out perfect and the haircut was equally as perfect! Besides the skill of the stylists, the salon is clean and nicely decorated.
Horrible management, poorly staffed and unprofessional. If I could give this business a zero I would. I purchased a groupon for "merkari salon and spa" (which stated nothing about it being stylist specific) and after waiting for an hour for the ditsy stylists to try to figure out the problem.. the owner said to me: "well guess what? it's not my problem." Such an amazing experience! LOVE the atmosphere, too. Elle is wonderful, really listens to what you are wanting, and makes you feel right at home. Very professional, too. I highly recommend this salon to everyone!!
Kami works wonders in both cuts and color- she is a perfectionist and takes great pride in her work. Her talent for color is unparalleled; she's taken my hair across the spectrum more than once over the years and I've had compliments for every shade. Kami is so much more than a stylist, she is an absolute artist.
This place is fantastic! Kristal is a massage therapist there and is fantastic. All the girls are so friendly! I love the haircut I got there and the wash and style I had done today! You guys Rock!!!!
I was excited to hear Elizabeth had moved to the salon. Much more convenient for me and love the atmosphere!
Love this place! Kristi and Michelle are more than just stylists... They are friends! I always love my hair, and enjoy the visits. All the stylists there are fun and friendly.
