BIG TIME KUDOS to Mike in service. He saved us thousands. With our transmission slipping pretty badly, we brought a car purchased at Amaral back to the service dept. Instead of just diagnosing and replacing our transmission, Mike dug deep on the manufacturer's website. He found that they had doubled the warranty due to many similar problems with the same transmission. He got it replaced for $0! Unbelievable job Mike. Thanks very much.
