I am a quadriplegic and receive home care through the Choices Program. Amara provided the workers who came to my home. The management of the company was horrid. They continually sent different people to my home rather than get the same people coming . I had at least 35 different caregivers. Caregivers who requested to come to my home were not allowed. Many times no one showed for scheduled visits. The scheduling was atrocious. Weekends were particularly a problem.
