I have a patient having surgery tomorrow. I have no pre-op and this office has been no help. This isn't fair. It is very unprofessional and medical record, members services, HEMS dept. nor management can help. It is a disgrace.
I needed a quick medical assessment after speaking to a nurse and was assigned to Dr. Amar Prakash Dave who was the on-call physician. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. Kaiser Permanente physicians at Capitol Hill are exceptional and Dr. Amar Prakash Dave is no exception!
I’m not sure what it is but EVERY experience with this “doctor” has been rushed and extremely non personal. He has a get them in and get them out feel sort of like fast food dining. My wife and I both recommend you do not waist your time and energy in seeing this “doctor “. He always recommends over the counter pills and works very fast to get you out with no regard for your symptoms. People like him make you feel your waisting your money and time by taking off work.
Friendly faces, great customer experience, extremely knowledgeable staff! Going to the doctors office usually isn’t at the top of the list of my favorite thing. Everyone from the front desk to nursing and especially Dr. Dave were truly a delight. I strongly recommend!
