The food was awesome and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!
I agree with everybody else, this is a very nice restaurant, the food is wonderful and the staff are warm and friendly. We highly recommend it.
Liked it a lot. Only thing I would change is the salad bar on the buffet; its kinda lame. Everything else was very good. Nice ambiance!

First time visiting. Decided on a take out. Excellent food. The chicken vindaloo was as authentic as it gets. Coming from the UK, it's been a challenge to find a good Indian restaurant in the Houston area. Amar ticks all the boxes. The restaurant is tastefully done with good draught beer. Will definitely be going back to try the lunch and the a la carte evening menu.
