Good Service, Best Food in Issaquah – Our first time we order online. Saves you time. Delivery was fast, the guy very friendly. THE FOOD UMBALIVABLE! We order two pasta dishes; I was amazed from the quality of the food. It is really homemade. These guys are very good. Service so bad they should be arrested – We ordered through the web site...spent an hour waiting for food to be delivered only to receive a phone call saying that we ordered for pick up....the woman on the phone, rather than rectifying the situation called my wife a liar...and then threatened to run our credit card anyways...we never had problems prior to this...but will never order from here again.....maybe a new really bad manager is in charge now? The real taste of Italy finally in Issaquah! Great pizza, service and tons of yummy choices! We have been searching for great pizza in Issaquah for a few years now and have finally found it! The restaurant - Romantic, Cozy, Private, Perfect place to have date, diner with friends, business meeting or celebrate with friends or family. Isn't this Perfection. Great pizza and service! – This pizza is great for those nights when you want to relax in front of the tv and have a bite to eat. I LOVE this pizza. The crust is perfectly soft and the toppings are excellent. I would recommend their pasta, its very tasty, but the pizza is awesome. We always have it delivered and it usually takes about 40 minutes to get to our doorstep. The staff is always curious and never gets our order wrong.
The best pizza ever! The most romantic place! – We sat outside and ordered 2 salads and created our own BBQ chicken pizza. The service was great and the pizza was amazing! You can tell that the crust is homemade and all the ingredients are fresh. I was also impressed by their large menu - pizza, pasta, calzones, low carb options, they have it all! Overall it's a great neighborhood italian/pizza restaurant. The location is a little tough to find at first, but now that we know where it is, we'll be back for sure.
Average food, indifferent service – We have visited the restaurant on two occasions recently. The first visit was passable: service was adequate though a bit hurried, the food was below average with too much dressing on the salad and odd taste to the sausage in my pasta dish. Terrible Customer Service...Unsympathetic Ownership – We ordered pasta, a couple salads and a dessert this evening. While it only took 40 minutes to arrive, the order we received was sub par to say the least. We ordered no onions and were missing one of our salads. Normally, this would not be a big deal however, when I called to let them know (very politely) our order was incorrect and need to be repaired I was told that they could not fix it as they were too busy and our home is too far away.
