I was told about Dr. Amann for over 20 yrs. at Neurology and Associates in Winter Haven, Fl. I tried many treatments through the years by many Doctors for my Spine. But finally 4 weeks ago I let Dr. Amann finally do surgery on my back. It took a couple weeks of some uneasiness. But now I have come through the spine surgery with no regrets. I only wish I had Done it years ago. Thank you to his Nurse and office staff also.
Dr. Amann performed surgery to correct/eliminate Spinal Stenosis. The surgery was successful and slows me to return to normal activities without pain!
A very fine neurosurgeon. Spent a lot time with my wife and I during an face to face internet appointment. His office got me in to surgery sooner than I expected after the corona virus crisis. Surgery went well, recovery is going and Dr. Amann gave plenty of good information during my last visi to help to continue in the right direction. Thanks to him and his staff.
Explains your condition, make sure you know your options and puts you at ease. Pain management and physical therapy are under the same roof which is convenient. His nurse Theresa is on top of things and quick to get back to you, a real pleasure to work with. Also most important.... feel great after surgery. Would, and have recommended Dr Amann .

Dealing with Sheryl’s Secretary Carrie was an amazing experience. She was very helpful and eased my mind by answering all of my questions and did not rush me off the phone at all even though I knew she was busy. The people are what makes a place great. From Dr. Miranda to Dr. Amann to Sheryl and Carrie, it was a delightful experience and I tell everyone I know what a wonderful Office they are.
I was impressed with the detailed information he provided regarding what options were available to me re: lower back & left leg pain. I did not feel rushed as I normally do in most other doctor's office. Dr. Amann actually listened to my concerns & answered my questions without being degrading toward me.

Dr. Amann performed lower back surgery for me on July 1, 2019. Such a gifted surgeon, he relieved pain from pinched nerves and gave me back the ability to have a normal lifestyle. I highly recommend him for a wonderful outcome. His staff is awesome and the surgery center was a great place to have the surgery done.
