They told me they weren’t going to do my application (never got a reason why) told me to pick up my money order. If you all never processed my application why would you be keeping any money? I I was called about my place on the waiting list came all the way to Georgia from Minnesota. Only to be asked for George information when I told them I lived in Minnesota I'm disabled. They would not allow me to fill out the application and told me I had to come back after I'll bring them a letter of accommodation saying that I needed a caretaker lack of communication, not customer friendly and definitely not disabled friend

It so calm and nice
Extremely unprofessional. My sister has lived here since 2023 & has had a world of issues since then, the electrical issues, the kids running around the neighborhood, the shooting & fighting. 0/10 do not recommend. Management is horrible & does not attempt to help people with kids it’s so unfortunate and sad.
