Amanda and Bryan Woodworth at Optimal Health and Wellness literally changed mine and my children’s life. After years of trying to get help for my health issues with other providers with no success I found Amanda and Bryan. They were able to properly diagnose and effectively treat me. I started feeling better almost instantly. I can honestly say I feel better now than I did in my twenties (late 40’s now). Also, Michaela in the office is awesome! I highly recommend Optimal Health and Wellness!

Amanda is the best healthcare professionals I have ever had. I had 5 Dr's fail at regulating my blood pressure for the past 10 years. It was very high 170/100. Within 45 days from my initial visit she had it to 115/75. I wish I had found her sooner. Every friend that I have referred to her has had similar success.
Amanda takes time with her patients, really listens and wants to make sure her patients are actually heard. She doesn’t make me feel rushed when I have an appointment and I don’t think I’ve ever had to sit in her (very comfortable) waiting room for more than a couple of minutes. Amanda uses the most natural approach she can for my health. I would and have refer anyone to Amanda. I’d also like to mention that everyone that works for Amanda is compassionate, caring and friendly!!
They are AMAZING!! They listen to what is going on with you and work with you to find solutions. They really know what they are doing and are wonderful people with incredible knowledge. I drive 45 minutes to see them. WORTH IT!
