Our loan was unexpectedley sold to them. They don't accept most payments even when you have the money, therefore making you late. And the refinance process is TERRIBLE. It should not take almost 3m to look at the same documents. Rudy was not the best with communication and ALWAYS OOO when answers were needed. Very annoyed. Can't wait to refinance with another lender and be done.
