Mandy helped us buy a new house and sell our old. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with both. She has a network of reliable, trustworthy and kind people for the inevitable repairs/clean up/hauling that go along with buying/selling. Mandy made us feel like we were her only clients, responded promptly to questions and concerns. I absolutely recommend her if you are buying/selling!

Amanda was a first-rate strategist--and professional---in helping me sell my big, old, very flawed Philadelphia house. She also has a set of skilled, nice, vetted workpeople--packers, cleaners, painters, landscape people, junk removal people--whom I could call on to help me downsize easily and move out. Mandy helped us sell our home and purchase a new home. She's great! I would recommend her again and again for anyone selling or buying or both. She did it all and gave us full confidence she was in charge and would help us get what we wanted. She gave us contractor listings and a staging coordinator contact.
