Absolute train-wreck of a place. It takes 6 months or more to get in to see her. The phone number listed on MyChart does not work. They do not respond to appointment requests through MyChart. First appointment they used the wrong billing code and it took me over a year to get a $1200 bill fixed. She kept my birth control on a month-to-month renewal (for unknown reasons) but took weeks to respond to pharmacy requests for refill.
