Dr. Amanda Henry is one of the most genuine providers I've ever had. You can tell she actually cares about her patients and her business that she co-owns. You can tell that Dr. Henry would put the last of herself into others, and I hope she never has to because her care spreads to others who also care about community. The people that she hires to answer the phones, just don't! I called the Portage location for my elderly mom yesterday 14 times for a referral. Then my mom calls this morning to get the referral and the one that FINALLY answers has an attitude problem. What's the point of having your own loactions if No one answers the phone?!
She's absolutely amazing doctor. My past doctor's never took me serious, or cared enough to go the extra step to best understand my health unlike her. I feel seen and heard.
