cannot believe she still has not answered a follow up regarding pain medication from 9 days ago, 9 days no answer from her or the office, during the generic initial visit I was given generic instructions that were harmful rather than helpful for my condition, no curiosity at all about my background or my activity levels or practices, incredible, she must be overwhelmed and seeing patients every 10 minutes, sad state at crystal run, I dont think she is alone, she is a symptom of the medical mill, I am like a non existent anno... read more
I wholehearted do not recommend this office. This “MD” will not take your injury serious and will have zero issue with not responding for multiple days. I recommend you find another MD for anything like this. I should’ve read the reviews before I went through with this office.
Was a great appointment. Very thorough. Went over everything with me. Explained everything took her time. Asked if I had any questions. Definitely highly recommended
Overbooks and cancels last minute. Don’t waste your time.
