I HIGHLY would not recommend McCoy or anyone in this office to anyone but especially children!!! My experience: I took my 14 month old daughter to see her for an Xray based on her pediatrician’s recommendation for foot pain. Every single person I came in contact with from the receptionist, to the x-ray techs to “doctor” McCoy were extremely rude, cold and belittled me. No one acknowledged my daughter. She severely failed the surgery in February 2024, and made my daughter’s ankle worse, not better. It is now July and it is not healing correctly. Took a tough situation and completely ruined my daughter, where she cannot feel her toes and cannot hold with summer job. Dr. McCoy has consistently been defensive, rude, and only wanted to tell us how she performed more complicated operations. First time we saw her, I thought maybe she was having a bad day. Went to 2nd appt and that was not the case. No bedside manner what so ever. Wouldn’t talk to my son who was the patient (17). Belittled us, and was just plain rude. Requested a different Dr for 3rd visit and he was phenomenal! I would not recommend her at all!
