We had a great experience working with Amanda. She helped us coordinate our house sale, including figuring out how to pay to get things ready and lining up trusted contractors. We really trusted Amanda's guidance and are thankful we got to work with her!
Amanda is absolutely the best! She counseled us on what we needed to do to our home to create the most traffic, gave us the pros and possible cons, set realistic parameters and managed our expectations well. We followed her advice to make some cosmetic changes and used the Compass Concierge program. I relocated to another state and needed to sell my old house. The market was going up and I considered selling my house as is. I spoke to several realtors and Amanda had the best vision and plan. Amanda accessed the house and made some recommendations to increase the selling price and provide a quick sale.
