Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with and ENT. I understand the question of “how come this machine is telling me one thing and the patient it telling me another?”, but to flat out call a patient a liar is unprofessional and hurtful. I’ve been dealing with this for a long time and I’ve been looking for answers, for all I know it could be in my head but to shame a patient the way she did me is just disgusting.
