We are experiencing serious ethical issues with this real estate agency. While we are currently under contract as a buyer for one of their properties, the sellers are not letting us out of the contract AND the listing agent, Glinda Clardy, put the house back on MLS under active status. So, while we are stuck and our earnest money is being held hostage, the sellers and their agent have resumed showings. Clearly Amanda Howard-Sotheby's International is ruthless if you are on the other side of their transaction.
