Dr Green is very thorough and will address all your concerns in one visit. She has a very caring bedside manner. OSU office isn’t the best at time management. I wish she would go into private practice to better serve her patients. I will follow her if she leaves.
This review is actually for one of the alternative offices Dr. Green supposedly oversees (Eastgate location). After multiple weeks of attempting to schedule an appointment with the doctor I finally had to just go into the location to see why no one would call me back or answer the phone. They claimed they had no record of my attempts (9 in total). When asked to speak to someone in management or a doctor, the guy at the desk laughed and said there was no one there that day.
