I recently started receiving care under “MD physicians care insurance”. I was assigned Amanda Hoffman as my new PCP. I’ve been waiting as a new patient for over a month for an appointment. The ladies in the front office have been impolite during every interaction & caused me multiple inconveniences due to being uncoordinated.
Worst customer service ever.
I have always had a good experience at this location from check-in to check-out.
