The only reason for one star is because you can't choose zero stars. My wife was treated horribly by the staff at Dr. Dow's office. They watched her struggle to get into the office while on crutches, and even worse, let her struggle on her way out... even though my wife requested help. There is even more disturbing information regarding their behavior, but that may come out in legal proceedings. In my opinion, if you are looking for a Neurologist, choose any other Neurologist!
