I strongly regret hiring Amanda Demanda Law Firm after my car accident on May 9, 2025. From the beginning, the lack of communication, urgency, and professionalism was extremely frustrating. The firm referred me to Ceda Orthopedic, where my injury was mishandled for an entire month. I walked around with a swollen wrist while my concerns were ignored. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received. I was promised a return call within 15 minutes yesterday 12/18/2025 —this never happened. I have called multiple times yesterday and today 12/19/2025 and could not reach EVA. Each time, I was told she was on another call and would get back to me. None of these promises were fulfilled.
