In a time where doctors are extremely overloaded, I really was not expecting much out of my visit. Dr. Barrett was extraordinary. She listened attentively to my concerns, allowed me to share my desired care plan and proceeded to make me feel that she was my partner in my care plan. She's SO KIND AND HELPFUL. 100% recommended! Amazing doctor.
I called in looking for some sort of relief as I was going through the worst ear pain I’ve ever experienced. She’s kind and compassionate the whole way through, gave great advice and even made sure to check up on me after the visit. It’s always great when you can find a doctor that listens and is empathetic when you’re feeling your worst. Probably the best experience I’ve had at Kaiser.
