I have been dealing with an undiagnosed medical condition for the past six months that significantly limits my mobility. On some days I am unable to get out of bed; on others I can get up, but leaving the house remains a serious challenge. I am a full-time wheelchair user and have a caregiver. I explained this to Dr. Caparso and asked for her support with a letter of medical necessity for a wheelchair.
