Very rude her and her doctors assistant! Negligent of my needs and the feeling that she doesn't really care about me. I couldn't even explain my condition without me cut off by a rude comment and facial expression! I asked for a specific Birth Control and dr Adams failed to tell me that it would do more harm than work due to my other medical problems!
Dr. Adams has great availability and always listens to my concerns. The office is clean and comfortable my only compliant related to the service I receive from Dr. Adams is related to the receptionist, she seems annoyed every time I call (even when I have a voicemail asking to return their call) Everyone else at the office is very friendly and helpful.
Dr Adams is a very pleasant person. She was attentive during my visits, but follow-ups after tests were placed. I ALWAYS had to call/ NEVER was able to speak to the doctor. Perhaps it's the office staff that is her detriment. I complained of various aliments but it wasn't until an ER visit that I was ultimately diagnosed with a cancer which required major surgery. This office really dragged their feet and I feel they only do the bare minimum.
Since they have a new receptionist the service is bad ( when she is in the office ) I got to often a no as an answer, we don't have time to see you ( child ). Even when a child is badly hurt . You can't visit the doctor just to take a look or just on the phone . She didn't even consult the doctor to ask if it was possible . Or even ask what happens to advice. The other nurses always find time for children or give advice. The family Adams is a very nice lady and her nurses . The new staff isn't
Went to Doctor Adams for over 2 years and did not help my symptoms. Diagnosed me with one thing but then kept pushing other unnecessary treatments not even related to my diagnosis. I had a bad reaction to the flu shot and she pretty much called me a liar. Then she kept pushing the flu shot. Her office pushed me me to get allergy shots and I never mentioned allergies once to her. Kept adding more and more prescriptions and many prescriptions that were not meant for my diagnosis.
