She has been my pcp for over a decade. She and her staff are great!
I have been a patient of Dr Adams for 7+ years now and wow, I really can’t wait until PCP change is finalized. Her and her entire staff, especially front office and that newer woman PA working for her , have slowly changed into nothing short of a horrendous medical experience. Not once in the last 4 years did they bother to take accurate notes, correctly update my chart and medications nor listen to or investigate my personal health concerns. Overall I appreciated Dr Adams empathy and listening..but. I needed assistance for my asthma and was unable to get help. The express scripts reorder she has put in was only for 1 inhaler instead of 3. It ran out and waiting for the new year to reorder left me struggling to breath. I've been using my Albuterol inhalers 20 a day...Dr Adams office was unreachable in any way today. No connection to voice mail..nothing. So unacceptable. I have had Palpitations going on two years, recently they have become more burdensome. Dr. Painley, listened intently, and gave me reassurance, prescribed me an as needed beta blocker. Because I had previously had a stress test, halter monitor and Echocardiogram, he believes in not ordering tests again, to create more revenue, but rather do what’s ethical and best for the patient. He is also very kind, through, and compassionate.
My family and I have been seeing Dr.Adams for a few years now. We’ve all consistently had issues with the way this office/doctor operate. I saw her in February 2020 for a few concerns including possibly having asthma. She scheduled a PFT in March 2020. As coronavirus started to spread in the western PA area, her office called me and CANCELED my PFT. I’m not currently sick so there is no reason to cancel. I have seen some negative comments here about dr Adams and her staff and I strongly disagree. Dr Adams has been my doctor for 2 years and she has been incredibly kind, helpful, empathetic, competent and patient with me and my young son who I always have to bring with me to the appointments. Thankfully, I don’t have to make a lot of appointments, but she remembers me, our past interactions, and my medical history every time. She has provided thorough and quality care to me on a consistent basis.
He helped through a heart attach, inserted a stint and prescribed meds and diet that has worked well for some 5 years, and I am turning 81 in a few days...tom g
Dr. Adams and her entire office do everything they can to assist you, whenever you need it. I would not go to any other Doctor after being her patient.
Dr. Painley is very caring. He seems to know exactly how I feel emotionally. He explains things so that you understand.And he takes as much time with you as you need. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a cardiologist.
