I don't believe I've ever had to deal with a more unprofessional, unorganized medical facility and staff ever. From the front office to the counselor, who was very rarely there on her ONLY day in the office during the week. The front office however takes the cake for worst customer service. Ever.

They keep losing awesome therapists. My kids and I just went thru two of them in a year! Besides mr. Moreno, mr. tommy, mrs.dunn, and Jesus up at front desk that place needs to get their stuff together. Let’s start w getting a office manager and not changing the staff like underwear!
