had a terrible experience with this landlord. They are dishonest and make false promises to tenants. The property is not managed properly, and they run a business from the basement while renting out the house, forcing tenants to share the main entrance with their customers. Privacy is nonexistent as they frequently visit the property without notice, violating tenant rights. Worse, they can evict tenants without proper notice, showing complete disregard for legal rental agreements. I strongly advise against renting from them.... read more
